PAUSE - HOLD UP - CHILL - RELEASE

Exhale… empty your lungs out in one long exhale. When I start feeling as if I “kling” to life, start grabbing on in some weird energy panic because “damn! This is not the way I wanted this” (and as stubborn queen of soundtracks this do happen) I exhale. (Thank god for vocal lessons). When you do that your body is automatically designed to — inhale — and it starts circulating blood and help you take care of emotional toxins your lower frequencies create and you can avoid an “emotional hangover”. .

You know the shitty feeling you have in your body after you have been angry or upset for hours. Our thoughts makes our body release endorphin, pheromones, hormones, adrenaline and what not. And that is why some peeps are just on an automatic pissed off vibe- their bodies are addicted to the things coming out in their blood. You don’t have to be, and you can use that energy for something else. When we say “ take a breath” or encourage someone to “girl, just breathe” we actually should promote exhaling to let go of tension.
