Thanks for this insightful article! I can definitely relate. I love this tidbit about creativity. There are times when I have to do specific exercises at the gym to keep my stamina up. My little secret to great tribbing or strap play is morning cardio, bicep curls, push ups, abs with a yoga ball, then planks and deep stretches in the sauna. That’s a lot of shit! If you don’t exercise every day, that routine alone could kill you. Then, right before the moment of supposed spontaniety, I down a 5hr energy drink and pineapple juice. For some reason, it helps me have multiple orgasms when on top… and well pineapples are simply the pussy’s bff. I also put a lot of effort into learning new things about sex by researching the wonders of the human body.
Then, SECRETLY… I stay as humble as possible after my partner is looking at me with that “I tap out” face 😏.
