I appreciate your lists.
But if you have a bit of money, please take the Machine Learning Engineer Nanodegree Program of Udacity, where you will have all these foundations with feedback on your implementations to go without mistake, working on real world projects. At the end of the program, you will have the required background to work on a project of your choice, your own real-world project, engineering on with your ML skills, as a capstone.
Then you could continue lifelong learning with other online courses more easily, as you should already master the process. That’s my viewpoint, as I am myself a Machine Learning Engineer from this program.
