I’m curious about the breakfast though. Do you think that it is sustainable to work out 6 days a week before breakfast? There are studies (wish I had a link right now) that shows it has an overall negative impact on you. Have you tried experimenting with eating breakfast before, in the middle etc?
Also, sleep cycle allows you to customize a range and you can make it bigger or smaller than 30 min. The more time you allow the better the odds of hitting your light sleep.
