Klarna joins forces with BillPay

Today we’re happy to announce the acquisition of German online payment company BillPay!

BillPay is one of the leading German online payment providers. It’s headquartered in Berlin, with over 140 employees, and has successfully expanded internationally offering it’s services and products in Germany, Austria, Switzerland and the Netherlands. More than 5,000 online shops and millions of customers are using the BillPay services.

We are very excited about working together with BillPay and their talented team based in Berlin. With our combined skills and expertise, we believe this partnership will allow us to offer more innovative payment services to both merchants and users in order to create a better online shopping experience.
