Glad to hear that you’ve been doing better, sorry to hear that this has impacted you.

Please don’t let this undo the work you have accomplished. Each of us has to make our own choices for our lives. Chris Cornell apparently chose a no-win, no-return decision, as was his right. I believe in afterlife, I believe in reincarnation, so I also believe that he will have a chance to understand this life and then he will pick another to live. (Part of my belief in reincarnation includes the idea that we are to experience every single human condition over the course of our multiple lives; suicide is just one of them. Each has a lesson to learn.) My belief may not help you as I don’t know yours. But regardless of our beliefs, regardless of life after death or not, each of us still has the absolute right to make our own decisions. And there will always be someone who will not understand or perhaps not be able to accept those choices.

So keep on making the choices that work for you. I think you will feel better when you can be back at work — medication is a wonderful thing! Just remember, those of us here in the Medium of words don’t know if you’re MIA for good things or bad — so stop by and say hi sometimes!

Peace and blessings,

K
