‘Never bring in fallacies as a reason’

We are sure that, you cannot see your business suffering everyday or every moment. For a matter of fact, you don’t even like to pity your business, rather you would love to see it moving forward and wish to get the upscale ratio. Despite that ‘ambition’ you often end up cribbing about your wastes!

Ever wondered why?

Think about these elements:

  • The Fail Plan: Have you encountered a situation, where you have planned for great things and ended up in losing the situation?
  • Procrastination: This is something common. Frankly- speaking, this is a situation where less important things occupy the phenomena of importance.
  • Scapegoat: Who is bold enough to accept their faults? No faults happen with consent and approval. But some of them choose to go with other’s weakness as their reason behind the fallacy!
  • The Name- Game: Authority comes with responsibility. To get authority on hands, one needs to pay a hefty sum called as ‘ownership’. Not many of us will be willing to pay that price.
  • Ending with a whimper: All of us are familiar with this proverb ‘Start with a bang end with a whimper’. But how many of us are a victim of this situation is to be answered. Sadly: ‘Many of us plan great things –But fail to decide upon the path ‘Who is to be blamed upon?
  • Jive Issues: Seriously! Not all of us are Born Cheer-leaders. We do have our mind playing a great havoc and creating obstacles now and then. Sometimes our mind and heart also goes out of sync. Have you noticed them!
  • Sick leave: Lacing up laziness with sickness is not a new found art. But this craftsmanship leaves daily work in patchy lines and gives a rough start for pending and for other workers.
  • Work- Drain: It was rightly stated that ‘Too-Much of anything is good for nothing’. Again the question is who has faced this?

Any answers so far?

  • The Baddie: More than Superman or Superwomen, many of the workers picturized their supervisors as a ‘Batman’ or as a ‘Spiderman’. Funny isn’t it?

Well what’s the effect?

You may pose with the question: This is something we face every day and it’s common? But the aspect to be focused is ‘Your –Business Bottom-line’

Have you thought about it?

  • Number One: When these issues crop up, the work magic will be lost. People will find work boring and may regard it as a chore!
  • Number Two: Chaos- Chaos everywhere! No peace anywhere would be their status.
  • Number Three: Team dynamics would lose its progressions. Succession will be a mistaken identity
  • Number Four: Unseen quirkiness would irk the situation and progress. Growth rate will slide down very badly
  • Number Five: Solving these issues would become the major concern of supervisors.
  • Number Six: Most of the resources would be diverted towards these issues.

Errr! What’s the solution then?

There is no best solution or single solution that can be pointed out to resolve the issues. All that one needs to do is ‘Change the ambience of the organization and Re-present it them in an elegant manner’.

After all ‘Your Employees are your great Assets’
