#1 Neumorphism
Flat design and skeuomorphism are combined in neumorphism. It’s a visual style that uses a combination of backdrop colors, shapes, gradients, and shadows to increase the graphic intensity of UI elements. All of this allows for a soft, extruded plastic look and almost three-dimensional styling.
Neumorphism is incompatible with usability standards. It’s almost as though it kills the user-friendliness and accessibility. There aren’t many real-world apps based on this style, either.

#2 Smooth gradients
Two major advances in gradient-based design are Microsoft’s fluent design system and Apple’s new design approach in macOS Big Sur. Gmail, Calendar, Drive, Docs, and Meet have all had their logos changed by Google.

Every software application has micro interaction. We utilize it on a regular basis when using other applications. Micro-interaction is exemplified by Instagram’s “Like” function and Twitter’s “Retweet” feature.
Gestures and touchless controls, for example, are advanced micro-interactions that open up new possibilities for creating a more natural experience. In 2022, we will undoubtedly see an increase in the number of these.

The dark mode, on the other hand, offers more than just white text on a black background. There are a few more benefits as well.
