Compassionate Confrontation: An instrument to make you a better manager
Geoff Teehan

This is a powerful statement, Geoff, and one that stood out for me in this piece. Acknowledging personal responsibility. It’s a simple thing, but one that often gets lost in conflict or feedback. I appreciate the reminder that facilitating a compassionate confrontation often starts with accepting responsibility for my part in the situation and being clear about it. “I am responsible for this.” I know I’ll be using this more intentionally as an employee, for practice as I grow into manager roles. Great article — thank you for an insightful read!
