Your story and tips on following up with Tim’s team
Kevin, thank you so much for sharing your story about your marketing efforts. Please accept my congratulations on not only this well written story but also your perseverance. As a small business owner of a unique nutrition bar, I would love to hear your story or advise to entrepreneurs specifically on how you went about following up with Tim’s team.
Like you, we also submitted an inquiry to Tim’s tweet for podcast advertising. But I didn’t hear back. My guess is they thought “Big deal…yet another nutrition bar. Next”. Our product is unique inspite of a crowded market since hardly any other bar does what we do for health conscious customers. In a significant way.
Without going into advertising mode, let me just say that we would align really well with Tim’s philosophy. I am interested in how you were able to grab Tim’s attention and how did you convince his team to accept your advertising. What message or what words you used to convey your product’s positioning in a powerful manner that they sat up and took notice of you?
