What a thorough and thoughtful story, with an examination from all angles. I’d actually never thought of Hurricane Katrina and Hurricane Sandy as byproducts of climate change. Growing up on the East Coast, I was simply used to “extreme weather.” Also, I’m interested to see how California will fare in terms of water consumption and potential borrowing.
