Alexander Osterwalder’s Business Model Canvas is the tool of choice for a quick, one page dashboard of your business hypotheses. It very much appeals to the business guy in me, but it irks the User Experience (UX) part of my brain.

When I last left off, the product/market fit side of the intrepid Puppies-as-a-Service Business Model Canvas was done.
The (somewhat dubious) plan is to rent adorable puppies to heroin addicts (with a heart!) who would like to pick up chicks with a ‘no poop’ experience (recall that these are our Value Propositions.).
