Jagjodh Bela, student of Bela College
A brilliant student of Amar Shaheed Baba Ajit Singh Jujhar Singh Memorial College located in Bela village, Jagjodh Singh, also known as Jagjodh Bela, is a prolific singer and writer. Jagjodh Bela has always participated in the youth festival organized by the university. He participated in Punjabi folk songs and Vaar singing and he came first in both. Jagjodh Bela has released three songs so far, which were well received by the audience. His first song was ‘Chandigarh Shahar’. After this he sang the song ‘Punjab Haryana’ in favor of the ongoing farmers’ movement and the next song was his ‘Muchh’ which was well received by the audience.
Election time has just passed, in which every party was seen campaigning through songs. Dr Charanjit Singh, Aam Aadmi Party’s candidate from Chamkaur Sahib constituency, also released a campaign song on his Facebook page which was sung and written by Jagjodh Bela.
