Great insight into this topic! I do have to disagree with a bit of it. These *pods (whatever they are called) do not look good, and certainly not sexy. Better than regular bluetooth pieces? Marginally. But you also have one in each ear, doubling the doucheyness.

I have to think and speak from a tech point of view because i am an embedded systems engineer, but i have always seen apple as nothing but a fantastic marketing company that has been very successful at selling nicer looking versions of things someone else first designed. They get away with doing “crazy things “ like removing floppy and optical drives, display ports, usb ports, etc, and people will eat it up.
