Kusama Kingdom, the next steps…
What can we say… Since the last Medium post almost 5 months ago a lot has happened. What started as an NFT project to try and build a community and create some fun for everyone has turned into something we never could have envisioned. We firstly want to say thank you to every person who has been involved in the collection from the first ever buyers to the people who didn’t manage to buy but still supported us throughout a.k.a. the Court Jester ;)
The mint may be over but the journey is just beginning, the utility of holding a King will really start to flourish in the coming years between the private sales we aim to get through KingsPad combined with the Kings Bounty that provides Kings with a risk free quarterly dividend based on investments undertaken by the instruction of the council. We are very confident we can ensure all Kings feel they made the right choice by joining the community. We want to add real value for all holders and for us that route is in the form of investment returns and $ being made and paid back to holders.
The future is exciting for Kings. Apart from the above we will be integrating with Moonsama giving all Kings access to the game. We will continue to try and add utility to Kings as we progress. The mint may be over but this does not mean adding utility ends!

That brings us onto the next stage of the Kusama Kingdom. We proudly present:
The Kusama Queens!
Every King needs their Queen and as such we are rolling out 110 Queens to accompany the Kings in the Great Hall. We believe The Great Hall still has room to grow and by inviting more people we will only strengthen as a community. After the Queens, The Great Hall will be closed forever and no further collections will be granted access. Entry to The Great Hall can still be yours through purchasing a King or Queen from the secondary market.
The Queens will be granted every privilege that the Kings have with the exception of dividends from the King’s Bounty. As with the Kings we believe the best collections have utility added and developed over time, we will continue to under promise and over deliver.
We will also be taking 5% of Queens sales and setting them aside in a fund in order to try and support women entering the crypto space [in collaboration with @women_incrypto]. This could be applied to anything from creating educational events, giving grants to promising artists or even providing devices to poorer countries to enable remittances to be sent home more easily. This will develop over time and we are very excited to have the opportunity to try and help the space.
The Queens will follow the same rarity structure as Kings [60 Limited, 25 Rare, 15 Ultra Rare and 10 Legendaries]
We will be releasing them gradually and selling in various formats: listings, giveaways, competitions and the fabled auctions.

The Mystery of the Cursed Frogs
History tells of 10 Princes, the sons of the 10 Legendary Queens put under a spell by an evil witch and transformed into Frogs for the rest of time. Disgusted with their new form, the Princes ran away and the Queens have been looking for them ever since!
The Queens are desperate to find their missing sons and will need the assistance of other Queens to complete their Quest. By holding a Queen of each rarity you will be able to claim the respective Frog for your legendary Queen. What happens then we genuinely don’t know … stay tuned…

Wedding Rings and Royal Babies
Naturally you would expect Kings and Queens to want to take their relationships to the next step and consummate their vows. Once you hold a King and a Queen in your wallet you will have the option to purchase a wedding ring, there will only be 50 wedding rings available [5 will be dropped each week for 10 weeks]. These will not be open to the public and can only be redeemed by people holding a King and Queen in their wallet.
A King or a Queen can only claim a ring to be married, and produce a baby once, they can get divorced but sadly they can not be re-married. The love is so pure that they would rather remain single forever due to the heartbreak.
Wedding rings will increase in price each week starting at 1 KSM for the first 5 in week 1. If there are some unsold each week then their price will not increase, it is just the newly dropped rings that will be at the higher price.
A wedding ring can be redeemed for a baby, the baby will be a custom NFT and will take on the genetics of both the King and the Queen; the higher the rarity the stronger the gene pool.
E.g. If you hold Zombie King and a Limited Queen, the Baby would possess strong zombie traits.
The Babies currently have no planned utility other than being cute.
