The Food Dehydrator Recipes of Making Dehydratored Bacon
Raw material:
· 10 strips bacon
· 3 tablespoons soy sauce
· 3 tablespoons brown sugar
· 2 tablespoons garlic chili sauce
· 2 teaspoons sesame oil
· 2 teaspoons mirin
Methods:
1. Cut bacon strips into halves or thirds. Set aside.
2. Combine all ingredients into a bowl until well mixed.
3. Place the cut bacon and marinade into a sealable plastic bag. Mix well.
4. Marinate in the fridge for 12 hours or overnight.
5. Place the bacon evenly between the Food Dehydrator trays.
6. Dry at 75℃/167℉ for 6 hours, or until done.
