This beautiful tree with green and white petals

Eases my mind and my body settles

Branches diverge and paint the skied surface

Textures interpolate sense of a purpose

Balance of shade and daylight cutting through

Breezes refined as if spoken to soothe

Of all the creations for which one might well grasp

This tree set before me has stolen my gasp

I imagine it’s wonder, that is if it could

Might it ask if what’s under it’s petals is good?

If the chance was provided to answer such thoughts

Would this natural beauty seek my shaded spots?

I imagine such questions, does the tree do the same?

Regardless, this process won’t yield any gains

For even if I could exclaim forth what I clasp

This tree set before me has stolen my gasp
