Yonatan Zunger looks like Business Insider updated their Steele Dossier post to say that Sechin only offered Page a brokerage of the sale of the 19% stake —this note is on the bottom of the page: “Editor’s note: This article originally stated that Carter and his associates were offered a 19% stake in Rosneft. They were allegedly offered the brokerage of the 19% stake, whose purchase by the QIA and Glencore was ultimately facilitated by Gazprombank.”
