This Week in Pods
Nicole Dieker

I know that a lot of people feel guilty about gentrification, but that feeling has to be magnified pretty significantly when young professional renters/ Airbnb renters have to consider whether or not they’ve helped make a family homeless again.

Also, I wonder how well these pods hold up to abuse from children/ five years of normal family use. In other words, are the pods still going to be in good enough condition after five years to make them worthwhile assets to own?
