A bag of kale, which I’m trying to convince myself to like.

I second Eileen L’s suggestion. I love greens and get them in my CSA a lot. I’ve learned to eat most of them (even beet greens and mustard greens) a variety of different ways. Kale is a different beast altogether. I really need a few good go-to recipes that the stuff tastes decent in, because I just can’t otherwise. So far, the only decent uses I’ve found for kale are in kale pesto and as an addition to curry.
