Well written, and on point. The biggest issue in this country today is ignorance, and it’s front and center throughout this election. It’s the only way someone could truly support a criminal like Clinton, or some of the more extreme and unsound viewpoints. Irony is, that Trump’s popularity is BECAUSE OF exactly the mentality you describe. And elements of the population saying “Enough, you aren’t listening to me, this way you’ll have to listen.” The only thing that bothers me is the most sound and reasonable viewpoints and agendas have been relegated to the minority outskirts, lost in the emotional noise of popularity, recognition, reaction, and counter-reaction. A liberal’s bread and butter. That’s gone unchecked so long that even the “conservatives” on the other side are responding in like fashion out of desperation to be heard and change the course. They’ve both lost.

This presidential election is about who can best corral the ignorant mob that the American public has become. Not about who has the best goals and aspirations for our country or can get something essential done.
