Rich Dwarves in Lineage 2

Today, I’m going to talk about the richest race in Lineage 2. As you might have guessed, this is about the dwarf profession in Lineage 2. Among players, leveling dwarves is not very popular since they don’t possess impressive offensive skills or magical spells. While any combat class is excellent for progressing through Lineage 2, dwarves struggle with this role. In this article, I want to prove that the dwarf race is not as weak as it might seem at first glance.

Early Levels

Choosing the dwarf profession in Lineage 2 means you will spend a significant amount of time gathering essential resources and recipes. Honestly, progressing through Lineage 2 with a dwarf is only feasible after learning and honing all skills, as this significantly enhances the character’s maximum damage and survivability. Leveling a dwarf in Lineage 2 requires a considerable investment of time and adena. Currently, there is no mage class for the dwarf race in Lineage 2. Dwarf combat classes are divided into scavengers and craftsmen. Scavengers focus on collecting valuable resources, while craftsmen use these resources to craft materials and gear. To progress through Lineage 2 as a dwarf, you should always carry a large number of health potions and soulshots, with inventory capacity bonuses allowing for this. If you’re short on funds, you can purchase in-game currency from online shops. At level six, you gain the ability to spoil mobs, meaning there’s a chance to obtain various items and even gear upon a monster’s death. The existing dwarf professions in Lineage 2 allow players not only to loot gear but also to craft it using recipes. Upon reaching level 20, you can start the quest to become either a collector or a blacksmith.

First Profession: Leveling a Dwarf in Lineage 2

Leveling a dwarf from 20 to 40 in Lineage 2 is relatively easy, as monsters at these levels have low attack power and few hit points. To speed up leveling, you can order rare items, which significantly increase farming speed and experience gain. Additionally, progressing through Lineage 2 as a dwarf can boost your wallet and resource reserves. For attacking, it’s best to use a mace while upgrading skills related to this weapon. After level 30, the fastest leveling is at Hardin’s Academy near the city of Giran, where you can find monsters with double health, yielding twice the experience upon their defeat. A dwarf spoiler in Lineage 2 can also gather many resources necessary for crafting. After reaching level 35, you can start the quest for the second profession. Choose your profession based on what you enjoy most.

Second Profession

If you choose the scavenger profession, I recommend immediately spoiling resources in the catacombs near Giran. For crafting weapons and armor, you will need many resources like Coarse Bone Powder and Stone of Purity, which are well-spoiled here. If you’re short on steel at level 48, head to the surroundings of the Hunter’s Village. Here, you will find mobs with increased health, from which you can obtain steel and other useful resources that will be handy later.

Summoning the Crafter in Lineage 2

Crafters should focus on learning the necessary recipes and quickly leveling up to the maximum level, as A-grade items and above are in high demand. Upon reaching level 76, you can start the quest for the third profession. To complete the quest, you will need a group of players. Progressing in Lineage 2 is possible if your dwarf is equipped with at least top A-grade set and weapon, as B-grade gear won’t provide enough damage and defense.

Third Profession

Typically, after obtaining the third profession, a player has gained some experience in controlling their character, but in Lineage 2, leveling a dwarf doesn’t stop here. At higher levels, excellent skills are unlocked for both scavengers and crafters. Try to accumulate as many skill points as possible to learn all the necessary skills later. Crafters should preemptively gather the required recipes for S-grade armor, weapons, and jewelry. I wish you successful crafting and spoiling in Lineage 2.
