Review — Saints Row IV: Re-Elected

I think that it is safe to say that most of you have heard of the Saints Row games and are big fans of Saints Row 2. I never had the pleasure of playing it unfortunately. However, I have played Saints Row The Third. It was a really fun game! Which is why I picked up Saints Row IV: Re-Elected. Just want to throw it out there that when I first picked this game up I expected it to be pretty much like the third game and it wasn’t. It was almost a different game. Now I say that in a good way because after giving it a shot and playing it I enjoyed it more than I did Saints Row The Third. I really enjoyed the “super hero” aspect of it besides the story of course. The stories have been really fun and funny. I like that in a game like Saints Row. I really do not want to give too much away and its hard not to. I mean there is just so much that you can do, the character customization is great, graphics are pretty good as well (if you like the cartoonish look), co-op campaign, clothing and accessory options, weapons, vehicles, map size is nice. There are a few downsides to this game and the number one for me is the multiplayer besides yourself you can only have one other person with you to play, sadly. The other thing is that it doesn’t always save your progress automatically like it should when you hit a check point. Other than those things, I feel like it is a good game to play when you just want to kill time and get a laugh. I recommend this game to people that are 17 and up this game is intended for mature audiences. All around fun game to play!
