Help Turn Over 6 Unfair Gun Control Laws

Liberal Governor Jerry Brown recently signed six gun control laws into effect last month and America isn’t having it. Barry Bahrami, a San Diegan businessman, took the first steps to petition these unfair laws that are infringing on our 2nd Amendment right. LAX Range, a Long Beach shooting range, will tell about these gun control laws and explain how you can help get them overturned.

SB 880 & AB 1135

Bans the sale of semiautomatic firearms with bullet buttons. Bullet buttons allow easy replacement of the gun’s magazine.

AB 1695

Makes it a federal crime for anyone who fails to report any of their firearms lost or stolen.

SB 1235

Requires anyone buying ammunition to submit to a background check.

SB 1446

Makes the possession of magazines holding more than 10 rounds illegal.

AB 1511

Prohibits the temporary loaning of firearms illegal, unless it is with an immediate family member.

Bahrami, who is the CEO of Commercial Network Services has already filed the necessary paperwork at the state Attorney General’s Office in an effort to get these gun control laws overturned. In order to get each petition on the upcoming November ballot, 365,000 signatures must be collected within 90 days. That means he will need to collect over two million signatures to get the job done.
