Can’t sleep at night?

Chamomile, which is a flower, is one of the best remedies for encouraging sleep. Chamomile can usually be found in the tea and coffee aisle of your local grocery store. It usually comes dried and in bags so you can steep it in hot water — like a tea. I personally love it accompanied by honey. It can be quite an enjoyable flavor as opposed to the oregano oil I talked about in my previous post. For best results, I use at least two bags of it in my tea.
