Past. Present. Future.

Where we were, the path we’re on now, and the place we want to be.

This is something I’ve come to appreciate more since the end of school and exams. Being in school provides a certain degree of resistance to being able to do what you truly desire, where exams are utilised to create an illusion of a goal.

Before now, it was always the next level in the game designed by the system; SATs, GCSEs, A Levels. Now its all gone. Now the part of my brain that was once used to play that pre-set tune has become free, able to spark and wonder…
