The infrastruture is still in shambles. The efforts made by the government were very inadequate and incompetent. Roads built 4 years ago are already in disrepair.

Another difficulty not mentioned is the high level of corruption that makes everything harder to accomplish.

So please invest in Angola, but you better have deep pockets to hold untill you see profits.
