I have studied many cultures and married them with my experience and came up with the following blog post.
The idea is that what works for one company may not work for another. However, what most cultures have in common is fundamental building blocks, much like how the 4Ps in marketing are used to build great marketing programs. It’s important to know the base tools and then you can iterate and innovate them to make your own culture.
