EdTech platform Centre for Finance, Technology and Entrepreneurship (CFTE) has launched an online foundation course to help professionals working in the finance industry to boost their fintech skills.
The course, Around Fintech in 8 Hours, is designed to help finance professionals gain a solid understanding of the impact that technology is having on finance and contains insights from 20 CEOs and leaders from the finance industry.
Opportunities
CFTE will be launching the course online from 30th October 2017 for the price of £299, with finance professionals from around the world being given the opportunity to participate. The course takes just eight hours to complete and consists of four chapters, which are spread over 16 modules.
The programme covers the most important concepts of financial technology and will help professionals to gain skills and understand digital technologies in finance and the opportunities that they bring to the industry.
Those who take part will undergo a number of tests at the end of the programme and will gain a certificate if they are successful in passing them.

CFTE Co-Founder Tram Anh Nguyen said: “Just like what happened in advertising ten years ago, it will soon be inconceivable to work in finance without understanding digital technologies.”
Commenting on the reasons why the course was created, she added: “We designed this course to guide finance professionals and to help them build the right foundations so they can thrive in a new world of digital finance.”
