PoS Web Wallet technical update behind the scenes
Today here at LUXCORE we have a technical, behind the scenes update regarding our PoS Web Wallet we wanted to share with you. We are moving forward with some efforts to further increase our server efficiency which has some temporary effects to your account depending on your balance situation. Nothing drastic or permanent, but things to keep in mind when managing your account and your LUX.
- On the 1st of October, if your LUX balance is at zero in your Web Wallet, you will have 5 days to increase your holdings to at least 1 LUX or your account will be deactivated. To reactivate your account all you will need to do is login again and new addresses will be generated for you.
- Starting next month, accounts with 0 LUX balance for 30 days in a row will get a notification by email saying the have 30 more days to rise their holdings to at least 1 LUX. If no action is taken, then your account will be deactivated until next login.
These changes are needed to decrease the amount of unnecessary server resources put towards unused wallets. The minute your wallet increases in balance as per the notes above, all you need to do is login to reactivate your account and things will be back as usual.
