You are missing the point. Humans are cognitive creatures. As Jacques Lacan described it so vividly “Ce qu’elle parle”, the Subject speaks. Bots 2.0, as I’ve written before, add a cognitive view that websites lack. You could say that apps and websites generate behaviorist signals, which obviously have value, but very much inferior to what we as humans express when we speak.
