EXPERIENCE WITH FOSTER FAMILY:
First day at Foster Flagship program;
Foster Flagship program is a blend of different skills provision program where not only leadership skills are upgraded and enhanced but also the entrepreneurship skills are developed. It is an amazing program for all start- ups.
The above picture represents logo of Foster designed by Cheif Executive Officer of this program.
LOGO:
The foster logo represents variety of things. The green colour shows the the education while the blue colour shows professionalism. These two combinely means professional education. In addition to this, these two colours are surrounded by four corners showing four provinces of Pakistan. These two colours are outside the corners meaning professional education beyond four provinces.
Chief Executive Office:
The CEO of the Foster Flagship program is Mr:Sanan Khan. A man with an amazing height, smile and personality.
He is a Chartered Accountant. The idea of foster was in his mind after viewing the harsh conditions of punjab villages where people were living similar to animals, drinking water from a same river as animals do. They were deprived of education which is the sole pathway towards awareness.
Foster Team Trainers: Peshawar:
I am in Peshawar Batch-18 evening shift. Our instructors and trainers are :
Mam: Hira Javaid
She is an enthusiastic trainer at Foster Flagship program. She is a microbiologist and a biochemist.
Sir: Owais Mabood
Owais Mabood is a professional computer expert, studying software engineering at CECOS University.
Experience:
On the first day of Foster session, I was pretty much early for the session but still the morning session was in progress. I waited for sometime because I thought that the evening session was started early but in reality it was morning session. That day, i saw Mam: Hira when i interrupted the session in the end to confirm wether it was the evening session or not.
As the session started, we agreed to say, Assalam o Alaikim, loudly to all the members of the session. As the new member arrive, we used to repeat it.
She asked us about breakfast, about our origin, and described how Foster was founded and with what idea it was based upon.
The idea of Foster is ‘ YOU VS YOU’
It is the idea of the battle between you and the personality you want to get rid of. The negative qualities you want to get rid of. We performed an energizer, of th name:
‘Simon says’
We performed a lot of tasks like the examination of the area, we want to improve. The picture of the form is as follow:
The area inside is, what i am and the outside area is what i want to improve. The more the area, the bigger chance of improvement.
We were taught on which principles were Foster learning program based. Like Mutual growth.
Mutual Growth:
Mutual growth is really important for leadership qualities and collaboration. As becoming part of Foster Flagship program, we ultimately become part of Foster Family. We believe in the growth altogether so, sharing ideas, communicating knowledge, helping others and appreciating the efforts are our more important features.
We learned about the professional way of writing email.
Foster Falgship program is a live example for those people who wants to sincerely contribute basic professional skills to the society.
This program should be appreciated and promoted around whole Paksitan and beyond that.
In the end, we took a picture collectively and celebrated in the form of small party.
