What It’s Like To Drive In India

Ha ha! So true. I actually enjoyed my experience whenever I travelled around the city in southern India. Cars, lorries, cows, rickshaws, motorbikes and pedestrians all competing for the same space. Terrifying and thrilling at the same time. At one point, our auto rickshaw got hitched unto a motorcycle and we had to get out to lift it off the fender. But sadly, our driver was the son of a man who was mangled by the too frequent vehicle accidents in this Indian city. It didn’t stop him from becoming a driver though. In fact, he had to work as a driver in order to support his family. This is the reality of India.
