
Laughing out loud is my daily workout!
I laugh a lot. I probably laugh too much! But it’s never too much!
Apparently if you laugh at least 5 minutes a day, you’ll live longer. Or something like that! So I’m already preparing myself to live for at least 1000 years haha
I just love those moments when you’re with your friends and you just laugh. You laugh uncontrollably! You laugh so much so that you actually get abs out of it. Laughing really is my workout! It’s my favorite workout ever! It’s also the best one! Screw push ups and sit ups and squats!
I’m so grateful for this little pain in my stomach when I laugh with my friends! It also exercises my heart because I know that during those times my heart is also running a marathon. This little fat ball of love!
All in all, laughing is nice. Laughing is good! I love to do it and you should do it too!
