Are you about to do something that you don’t feel like you are qualified to do?

Do you feel unworthy?

Do you feel like you are not good enough?

Are you scared?

Are you about to give up?

Well, don’t!

Did you know that there is nothing that you cannot do?

And I am not saying that just to say that.

This is not a peptalk.

This is the truth, the whole truth and nothing but the truth.

The reason why I know that is because not only does God, the creator of everything, chose you to do that thing…

Taking an audacious step towards becoming the person that God created you to be is easier said than done.

By being yourself, you risk having the world against you.

You risk being hated, rejected, mocked, misunderstood, excluded, judged etc…

The world will not take the fact that you’re being yourself very well.

In fact, when you present yourself exactly as God created you to be, the world won’t even recognize you.

I — When you take a risk, the world will not recognize you

If there is one person who knows about being hated, rejected, mocked, misunderstood, excluded, judged and even killed for being who they really are is non-other than Jesus.

It…

As we’ve established in our previous articles, we were all made by the greatest greatness there is: God.

“Do not be terrified by them, for the Lord your God, who is among you, is a great and awesome God.” — Deuteronomy 7:21 (NIV)

This is the same God that has put greatness inside of you.

Each of you has been blessed with one of God’s many wonderful gifts to be used in the service of others. So use your gift well.” — 1 Peter 4:10 (CEV)

Once we have come to that realization, it is time to be audacious enough…

There was this emotional video that recently went viral of this 9-year-old boy with dwarfism who was crying while telling his mum that he simply wanted to kill himself after incessant harassment and mockery from his school mates.

This video sparked yet again another discussion about bullying and many people around the globe came to Australian boy, Quaden Bayles’ rescue.

However, we all know that viral videos don’t come without their fare share of hate.

After someone on twitter reposted the video of Quaden Bayles, at first scrolls you would find some very encouraging and supportive messages towards not only…

When I was 13–14 years old, I was done.

I was done with the life that I was living.

I was done with the way people were treating me.

I was done with being bullied.

I was done with not being good enough.

I was done with feeling alone.

I was just done.

I didn’t want to be here anymore.

By that I mean that I wanted to leave this world, for good.

I remember emailing my dad telling him that I was done and that I was going to leave this world.

And the next morning, he called me…

Sometimes it feels like nobody notices you.

You can go on with your life trying your best to be perfect.

But no one notices.

No one cares.

Why would they?

You’re invisible.

In a crowded room,

You are just one face.

So you slump your shoulders.

And you carry on.

But the truth is that somebody sees you.

Somebody sees all of your insecurities.

And to Him,

They’re beautiful.

To Him you don’t have to hide.

You don’t have to perform.

You don’t have to pretend.

Because to Him you are more than enough.

In a crowd of many faces,

Have you ever wondered why you don’t fit in?

No matter what you do, it doesn’t seem to be good enough?

“Once upon a time,
I used to look at you in awe.
I was so young and innocent.
I used to see your true beauty,
and beautiful you were.
I admired you so much that along the way,
you became my everything.
I used to hang on every word you said.”

When you were born, you didn’t have any other choice but to listen to whatever everyone would say.

You were just a kid after all, you didn’t know…

Once upon a time,

I used to look at you in awe.

I was so young and innocent.

I used to see your true beauty,

and beautiful you were.

I admired you so much that along the way,

you became my everything.

I used to hang on every word you said.

When you told me to jump,

I would jump.

When you told me to turn left,

I would turn left.

At first, it was simple.

Just little things that you would say,

I would do.

But then you told me to change.

I didn’t…

Once you have understood that you have greatness inside of you and you have learned to access it, you have to let it go.

It might not make sense why one would try to access something to then let go of it once they have it.

But what we have to understand is that the greatness that was put inside of us is not ours alone.

It is not here so that we can be greater than anybody else.

It is not here so that we can flaunt.

It is not here for our own Glory.

God has put this…

Once we understand that Jesus’ sacrifice was so that we could have a personal relationship with our Creator but also so that we could fully access the greatness that He has put inside of us, we can finally have full access to this life that we were gifted.

But in order to have life to the full, we need to learn how to properly access God and the greatness that He has put inside of us.

1. Access Granted by Salvation

As established in our previous article, Jesus laid down His own life so that we could be saved from a life separated from God.
