What I learned from “Ryan Blair” while listening to |Order of Man| podcast

Ryan Blair is the Co-founder of a health sciences company called ViSalus and he also is a #1 New York Times Best selling author of the book Nothing to lose, Everything to gain and he is classified as serial entrepreneur and multi millionaire. Ryan was fortunate to have found his first business at the age of 21 named “ 24/7 tech” he has had great success over the years with multiple businesses and really has set the standard for entrepreneurs all over the world. In the book Nothing to Lose, Everything to Gain-http://amzn.to/2bCBvIn Ryan highlights his broken past as a young man growing up but also talks about his great relationship with his dad before he got disconnected from being the father Blair knew because of drug addiction. Blair really had a very emotional childhood after him and his mom left his dad; Blair had no direction after his dad turned to drugs and started neglecting the love and care he once had for his son. His dad soon detached himself from the family and left Ryan and his mom alone; Ryan became very disruptive in school and never trusted anyone.
Ryan had what they call an Attention Deficit Disorder and dyslexia when he was around the age of 13, these were very trying times for him and he soon dropped out of school in the 9th grade. Dropping out of high school can be tough for a lot of teenagers and most teenage dropouts turn to drugs, sex, or gang affiliation. Not having many options at the time Ryan chose to run the streets with gang members, Ryan saw this as an escape from his harsh reality and he felt that his gang was his family at the moment. Blair was very fortunate to have met a great mentor and that was his moms new boyfriend “Bob” Bob was a wealthy real estate agent who gave Ryan a new mentality and gave him hope to keep pushing forward towards goals that actually mattered. Blair and his mother moved in with Bob and they both soon realized that their blessing had came and that they could start a new life and gain everything they ever imagined. when Blair saw the legal life of business he instantly adapted and used his street smarts to launch his first business “24/7 tech” he literally became the CEO of tech and ditched the gang life.
