What is the first thing you do before you start your day?If you never asked yourself this question then this is the perfect read for you; About a year ago i never thought about having a good morning routine and i barely ate breakfast in the morning but i felt as tho i was not having a very fulfilled day with a broken routine. Their has been many great routines followed by extraordinary man and women throughout the history of the human existence; one of the daily routines i admire the most is Benjamin Franklin he was a machine.

Benjamin Franklin routine went a bit like this

1.4am wake up, wash, eat breakfast, Think about what he wants to accomplish for the day

2. 8am-12pm work on multiple projects and see if he can get done in good timing so he wont go over, “time management is very important”

3. 12pm-1pm Lunch while reading and looking over his accounts “ bills” in today's word looking over your online business or making appointments or booking a trip with family or friends.

4. 5pm Getting the work area cleaned and looking over his work while playing classical music, cooking dinner and conversation to reflect on the days accomplishments.

5. 10pm bed, this helps with a good nights rest so you can get up and achieve greater goals the next day.

Benjamin Franklin made sure that he didn’t get burned out so he could work at 100% energy levels each day. Being unprepared is one of the worst things you can be when trying to create good habits or routines; I suggest always writing your weekly goals down and crossing each goal off when you have fully completed them.

This exercise will make you more alert of actions that you must take each day and hold you accountable to complete those goals.

Trust me I’m not a pro at my morning routine but with a little practice everyday I am sure we all can become somewhat like franklin and live a more fulfilled life.
