Days of Our Lives
Day 2The television above my head was playing “Days of Our Lives,” a soap opera. I could not see the screen, but the annoying, poorly written dialogue was loud enough to be distracting. I was sitting in the waiting room of an auto shop. One of those chain places whose promotions are always mixed in with the junk mail. There was no coffee in this place.
