Anxiety is absolutely normal. That said, taken to the extreme, it is damaging. When every single moment is filled with anxiety, that’s an extreme. And I do think that we get into a habit of being anxious, or not anxious. I’m just learning, but it seems to me that not letting anxiety rule is a change of habit. It’s learning to think differently. It’s learning to view the world in a different way. Changing habits is hard work, and this is really no different. It’s hard for sure.
