I hear you David. My workouts are so simple anyways that I can easily do them at home. Yesterday was 20 sets of kettlebell swings for sets of 8. Today will probably 20 sets of thrusters intermixed with some pushups. My workouts are tough but not something that I require paying a gym membership for.
Plus, I’m a little bit of a hermit sometimes. I don’t have a man cave, nor do I want one. But there is something I like about having a little corner of the basement with some chalk and strength training implements. My wife hasn’t realized the part about the chalk yet. I love you dear.
