Not all horrible things are or have to be somebody’s fault. Some things just are horrible things that happen. Thank you for highlighting the blame process in media covered tragedy we have right now in this country. I feel doubly terrible for the parents of this child, especially the mother. She doesn’t deserve to be blamed for this. Neither does the zoo. Both did their best to try to give the best experience & tried to make the best decision in a horrible situation. Thank you.
