Spurs, Boston, and 30 and Over Champs

The Spurs eliminated the Houston Rockets with an enormous 114–75 victory last night. With Kawai Leonard and Tony Parker out, LeMarcus Aldridge stepped up with a 34 point game. Harden took responsibility for the loss citing a lack of rhythm. The Spurs will take on the Warriors next. It will be interesting to see if the Spurs can get at least one win in the series.

Tonight Boston will have the chance to clinch the series with Washington Wizards and earn the opportunity to play the Cavs. The Cavs lack of defense will give Boston a punchers chance to win, but it won’t happen. When the game is on the line, the Cavs will do enough to get the win.

Finally, a shout out to the Avondale Men’s League champions the Patriots. My former team was able to take down two of the recent champions the Demons and the Synergy on their way to the chip. Special shout out to GM Brain Starr and player-coach Jon Sutton.
