Say hello to the new Lerer Hippeau
For the past eight years, we’ve focused on identifying, backing, and helping entrepreneurs build amazing companies, teams, and brands. Our founders have helped spark a retail revolution, push the boundaries of traditional media, automate your workday, and more.
We love the brands our portfolio companies have built, many household names you interact with every day. While we’ve been heads down and focused on supporting these companies, we’ve left our original (admittedly not-particularly-thoughtful) brand unchanged. It’s time for a refresh.
From now on, please call us Lerer Hippeau
You might know us as Lerer Hippeau Ventures or by our nickname, LHV, but we’re dropping “ventures” going forward. We still have the same mission: invest in ambitious founders across all categories, in New York and beyond, with the product vision and consumer insight it takes to build strong, lasting businesses.
Besides our name, here’s what else is new:
We revamped our website
We’ve launched a more dynamic website to better communicate our mission and underscore our guiding principles. Our company page has been redesigned to highlight our investments and help you engage with the companies across platforms.
We launched an Instagram channel
We’ve created a brand new Instagram account to give you an inside look at life at Lerer Hippeau and to help you follow along with the progress of our portfolio companies.
We added more resources for our community
In addition to our TalentTracker reverse job board, we’ve added a searchable database of more than a thousand job listings in our portfolio. We redesigned our Daily Roundup newsletter (subscribe here) and as always, you can follow us on Twitter.
