🍀 An ultra-low gas fee BRC-20 inscription platform🍀

🍀 LessGas is a BRC-20 inscription platform built on the Bitcoin L2 MAP Protocol. It offers significantly reduced gas fees — as low as 35% of the costs on platforms like Unisat and Okx — ensuring instant, congestion-free inscriptions.

Utilizing MAP Protocol’s unique Bitcoin L2 technology, users can trade inscribed BRC-20 tokens on the L2 trading platform SATSAT ($STST) with low-gas and zero-congestion. They can also rollup back to the Bitcoin Layer 1 network via Rolluper ($ROUP) for trading on Unisat, OKx, and other Bitcoin L1 trading platforms.

What LessGas Offers to Users?

đź’°A 65% reduction in inscription costs! No congestion.

  • Enhanced accessibility for new BRC20 users, addressing the high gas fees and congestion on the current Bitcoin network.
  • Security backed by the Bitcoin Layer2 MAP Protocol, whose security is then ensured by the Bitcoin network, functioning as a Bitcoin subnet.
  • Reduced BRC20 inscription costs to just 35%.
  • Flexibility to inscribe with ANY TOKEN (ETH, BNB, CFX) and ANY WALLET, including Metamask.
  • Instant completion of inscriptions without any congestion.
  • Cost-effective trading on the L2 platform SATSAT ($STST), saving 3U-70U in gas fees per transaction.
  • Easy cross-back to Bitcoin Layer 1 for trading on platforms like Okx and Unisat using Rolluper ($ROUP).

Why USE MAP Protocol’s Mainnet Token $MAPO($MAP) to inscribe?

đź’¸ A Huge Window of Wealth Opportunities

  • A unique Bitcoin Layer 2: MAP Protocol’s security is ensured by embedding block hashes into Bitcoin blocks. What sets it apart from others is MAPO’s implementation of Satoshi-defined ZK LightClient, enabling peer-to-peer cross-chain communication with major blockchains like Ethereum, BNBChain, Conflux, Polygon, NEAR, Klaytn, etc. This allows assets and users from other chains to easily enter the BRC20 ecosystem.
  • Team token lock-up from 2019 to 2025. MAP Protocol’s team token lock-up period is one of the longest in the industry, demonstrating their determination and confidence.
  • Comparatively small circulating market capitalization: MAP Protocol’s mainnet token (CEX ticker: MAP; Mainnet chain: MAPO, 1:1 trading exchange rate, sum amount 10B) has less than 20% in circulation right now, with a market cap of just over 10 million USD.
  • Strategic listings: MAP Protocol’s mainnet token has been listed on South Korea’s Bithumb.
  • Strategic incentives: MAP Protocol has launched a $1 million BRC20 Bitcoin L2 dAapp support plan, the only one targeting BRC20 ecosystems on L2.
  • Comprehensive infrastructure: Existing BRC20 L2 ecosystem projects include Rolluper (Bitcoin L1 to L2 rollingup solution), L2 BRC20 trading platform SATSAT, and dozens of global ecosystem project teams in development. It’s the most comprehensive Bitcoin L2 infrastructure.
  • MAP Protocol’s mainnet tokens are on the verge of being sold out. Just 10 medium-scale BRC20 inscription on LessGas could potentially exhaust the circulated MAP Protocol mainnet tokens. Based on BRC20 inscription miner gas fee data, each medium-scale token pays miners 3 million USD in gas. However, with LessGas, such cost will be reduced tor 1 million USD. The payment tokens (due to MAP Protocol’s cross-chain feature, supporting any token and wallet) will be purchased entirely from the market as MAP Protocol mainnet tokens (MAPO and MAP), whose marketcap is only just over 10 million USD right now.

BRC20 is set to succeed with LessGas solving key issues

A 300 billion USD fund executive highlights that BRC20 is overshadowed by poor user experience due to its inability to use Metamask, exorbitant gas fees, congested network, and the need to own Bitcoin for inscription and trading.

LessGas, along with Bitcoin L2 applications like Rolluper and SATSAT, resolves these issues, enhancing user entry and retention. Moreover, as a Bitcoin L2, MAP Protocol’s security is guaranteed by the Bitcoin network, functioning as a Bitcoin subnet. Its cross-chain communication with other mainstream blockchains through ZK allows other assets and users to easily enter the BRC20 world.

How Bitcoin Layer2 inscription platform LessGas works?

The flow of L2 inscription is as follows:

Bitcoin Layer2 inscription platform LessGas Work Flow

First, BRC tokens are deployed on Bitcoin L1, thus the root address on L1. Then users are allowed to inscribe on L2. In this scenario, all the FOMO emotions and the resulting spike in traffic due to inscription will occur on L2. However, since L2 has higher speed, there won’t be any congestion issues, and the inscription fee will be much lower, around 35% of which on the L1 network. Moreover, there won’t be any unsuccessful inscription, and the confirmation will be instant.

Thanks to the cross-chain features of MAP Protocol, any mainstream coin from any major chain can inscribe Bitcoin inscriptions. These benefits are quite obvious. After users inscribe BRC20 on L2, they have two options for trading:

  1. The first one involves trading the inscriptions on the L2 platform $STST, where the inscription fee is extremely low, and each transaction hash will be written into the Bitcoin L1 network by L2. This ensures that the ledger and security of the transactions are still maintained by Bitcoin L1 network miners; the cost of writing the hash is then shouldered by MAP Protocol, not the users.
  2. The second option for users after inscribing BRC20 on L2 is to burn the inscribed BRC20 tokens on L2, retrieve the already inscribed BRC20 tokens from L1 through $ROUP scroll-related commands, and then trade them on L1 exchanges like OKX and Unisat.

L2 inscription and trading can fundamentally solve the problems that trouble Bitcoin core developer @LukeDashjr. At the same time, miners’ income will not decrease since not everyone will opt for the lower gas fees and quick confirmation of L2 over the absolute security of Bitcoin L1. On the other hand, due to Bitcoin’s less than 10 TPS, it will still be lucrative for miners because of the suitable usage, and there’s no need to earn more beyond this limit. Besides, excessive congestion on the network is not beneficial for miners and extremely wasteful for the BRC20 community.
