Levana’s Lore: Summarized

Levana’s story is rooted in the quest for adventure. Before we developed games, NFTs, or leverage assets, we created lore. Why?
Because every good story begins with adventure, and every story worth telling has dragons. This premise guides our path to bringing decentralized finance to all.
If you’re new to Levana, read on. You’ll see that our lore and our history are deeply intertwined.
Lore 1
It all began with a fiery meteor that fell from the sky. Within that meteor was an egg, and within that egg was a baby dragon.
The baby dragon landed in a crater on the surface of Mars, and when her meteor cracked open, she was discovered by the Council and taken to live with them. No one knew what she was, but for some reason, she smelled of lavender and blueberries.

Meteors
Lore 1 is a metaphor for our Meteor Shower NFT Launch Event and the subsequent meteor cracking where NFT owners received either a dragon egg or meteor dust, making each Levana NFT owner part of our story.
Lore 2
As the baby dragon grows, no one is quite sure what to make of her. She’s smart and enjoys playing with human children. Soon, she bonds with a young girl named Zahava, who names the dragon Levana because she often finds her staring at the Martian moons. Zahava discovers that when Levana consumes the reserves of a critical power source, her dragon body finally starts to grow.

Levana Lore — Part 2 of 5
Lore 2 furthers the metaphor of Levana as an entity that only grows when paired with the right energy source — or, in this case, the right decentralized network. It also aligns with the announcement that Levana NFTs are evolving NFTs. The dragon eggs NFTs will nest and hatch, but only if the owner has the correct meteor dust.
Lore 3
Levana and Zahava are on the run from the Council, who have proclaimed the dragon to be dangerous after consuming large amounts of their only energy source. This forces both dragon and rider to journey Mars to evade the elite guard sent to capture them. As their bond strengthens, so does the harshness of travel. Zahava falls into a deep sleep and has a mysterious vision that takes her to another planet.

Lore 3 gives us glorious insight into the future of Levana. What better treasure is there in the world than riches? Oh yes, dragons.
Lore 4
Inspired by her dreams, Zahava convinces Levana to travel beyond Mars. They fly up into the heavens but quickly lose control. They fall back to the Martian desert, where Salim, a young Free Martian boy, and his father discover them. Zahava is unconscious, so they take her to see Immah, a Free Martian elder who has been patiently waiting to meet her.

Levana Lore — Part 4 of 5
Lore 4 is the perfect metaphor for our past. We chase the stars, we fall, and then we get back up again. Stronger than ever, knowing our destiny is waiting for us.
Lore 5
Immah questions Zahava when she arrives. Oddly, she acts as if she already knows everything Zahava is going to say. The elder invites the young girl on a trip to the ancient Min’Aroth caves to show her the future. When the pair arrive at the entrance to the cave, Levana rejoins them. She’s angry, but Zahava eases her concern. Zahava, Immah, Salim, and a pair of rangers descend into the caves. They cross the path of a monster and eventually discover the key to leaving Mars.

As with all great adventures, what seems like an ending is only the beginning. The show, and the story, must go on.
Lore 5 ends with the following excerpt:
After all this time wandering, running, and hiding, she’s ready to find her true purpose. Levana’s planet is calling her. She will hunt down the meteors. She will find the other dragon eggs. She is the first dragon rider, but she will not be the last.
