So using this, cross-device syncing should not encounter PK issues?
Currently we achieve the same thing by requiring each device is authorized and registered with two ID’s giving us a compound primary key. At first it was a PITA, but stretching 8-bytes to 16-bytes is hardly as much of a PITA as the uuid is it?
Have you tried an approach like this, or just straight from ID -> UUID
