“Adventures only happen to the adventurous.”

A few years back (2011 I think), I decided last minute to join my friends on an adventure called Summit at Sea.

All I knew is we were going on a cruise for a few days with a bunch of other awesome entrepreneurs, influencers, deep thinkers, and change-makers.

What I didn’t know is that I’d make some of the best friends of my life that would dramatically impact the future of my business and personal growth.

So it shouldn’t have been a surprise to me when I was talking to the founder of Summit, Elliott Bisnow, recently and he told me this:

“Adventures only happen to the adventurous. . . If you don’t go on the adventures, you hit a cap. . . . What’s on the other side could be exponentially better.”

You can watch him explain this further in the following clip from our conversation.

Man do I believe Elliott when he says this.

Not only have I experienced huge adventures in my life from taking risks and diving into the unknown — this is also how I’ve made the biggest impact in my business and relationships.

From hosting my own powerful event, Summit of Greatness, to traveling the world building schools with Pencils of Promise, to meeting some of my greatest idols like Tony Robbins, I’ve only gotten these opportunities because I dove headfirst into the unknown of adventure.

So today I’m sending YOU a reminder.

Everything you haven’t yet achieved is on the other side of an adventure.

Are you going to take the leap?

P.S. If you want to watch the whole interview I did with Elliott (his stories are incredible), you can here.

One clap, two clap, three clap, forty?

By clapping more or less, you can signal to us which stories really stand out.
