Such a great example. This highlights an entirely different type of relationship with a consumer. Not constrained by a GUI, features can evolve with the user. Now conversations can be part of the experience too, conversations that help you understanding your spending, and help the bot understand your goals. Conversations that effectively allow the bot and the user to grow together. If done well, the relationship and investement in getting to know each other could pose some significant switching costs. It may seem a subtle difference, but I expect it’s from that difference that the best new experiences and businesses will emerge.
