Vista understands the transformational impact that diversity, equity, and inclusion have on innovation, collaboration, and global business results. Employee Resource Groups (ERGs) support Vista’s values and business goals, including the company’s commitment to creating an inclusive organization. ERGs are support systems within Vista that foster awareness, respect, and inclusion within the workplace by engaging groups that share identities or interests.

The Military Veteran and Families Employee Resource Group is the newest ERG in Vista, launching on November 11th Veterans Day in the United States and Armistice Day globally. This group is an all-inclusive resource group committed to recognizing and supporting people currently serving in the military, have served, their families, and allies. The experience, leadership skills, and dedication Veterans and their families encompass are tremendous and valuable.

MISSION STATEMENT

The mission of Military Veteran and Families is to build awareness about the global contributions and impact of current military service members and veterans. We aim to provide a supportive community for current and former service members within Vista, and bring together our unique background of military experience to promote a culture of diversity and inclusion. We also strive to support and encourage each other through shared experiences, professional development, and community engagement. Finally, we hope to educate and provide an inclusive environment for non-military team members who want to learn more about the value of military experience to Vista.

The Mental Health Alliance launched on October 10th — World Mental Health Day! The ERG will serve the business as a place for team members to exercise their mental health coping skills, feel more connected, and be at their best overall well-being.

MISSION STATEMENT

We provide a safe community with healthy boundaries to promote well-being and emphasize the importance of de-stigmatizing mental health in the workplace, open to all team members of Cimpress and Vista. We offer resources and activities for members to learn skills for supporting both themselves and others. Even for those who may not be going through a challenge themselves or supporting someone through one, we are here to facilitate conversations with a diverse set of voices to positively influence policies at Cimpress and Vista and ensure all team members have the best chance at their goals personally and professionally.

The Women at Work (W@W) group was founded under the name Women in Technology (WIT) in 2014 with the goal of building a network for female technologists. What started as a small group of women getting lunch has grown into an inclusive community with over 600 members, spanning multiple countries and companies. As a part of this growth, W@W rebranded to the name it is today to better align with the intent to create an inclusive, open environment and support all women and allies. With the help of committee volunteers, W@W hosts a wide range of events. From guest speakers, to trivia, to book discussions, to social hours; there is something for everyone who wants to be involved.

MISSION STATEMENT

We are dedicated to promoting equality in the workplace by building a supportive community for women and allies to network, grow and develop through programs of enrichment, advocacy, and outreach.

In addition to the ERGs mentioned above, Vista has two other ERGS: Mosaic, which empowers and advocates for under-represented ethnicities, races, and cultures, and Pride, which works to celebrate and elevate Vista’s global LGBTQIA+ team members.
