All you have to do is get in touch with the Lifeline Hospital International Patient Care Team. You can email us your query along with your medical reports to enquiry@lifelinehospitals.com

We will respond to your query within 3 days. We will share the treatment plan, estimated days of stay in India and a quote for your treatment. If the concerned doctor feels that he/she needs to know more or view any recent reports, we will communicate to you regarding the same accordingly.
Once you have decided to travel to India, make sure that you have the following documents

> Your Passport
> A Medical Visa
> Photo Identifications
> Carry all your previous medical records. Include all the diagnostic test >reports and surgery reports, treatment records and laboratory results.
> All films / CDs (for example, X-rays, MRIs, CT scans, angiograms) along with their relevant reports.
> Prescriptions for any medications that you must take regularly and bring them with you.

Keep us Informed on your Arrival Schedule in advance. This will help us in making necessary arrangements such as your transport, appointments, room reservations, etc. The International Patient Care Center will make arrangements for receiving you at the Airport. You will be provided with a one point contact or Coordinator at our hospital and personalised care at every step of your stay with us.

When your treating expert takes a decision of discharging you from the hospital, we will handover all copies of your medical reports. Once you are back in your country of residence, your follow up care can be made via email/phone/web or video conferencing.
